Design:
Uptown Networks requires a 1-pixel border
around all creative. Uptown reserves the right to place a 1 pixel border
around any advertising banner if necessary.
Requirements:
A .swf file with a mandatory "click through" tag in the file#.
A back-up .gif file.
A url.
(all flash animation must cease motion after 45 seconds
Image File Format: GIF, JPEG, GIF89 and many forms of Rich Media. (conditions for use of Rich Media must be approved by an Uptown Network Account Executive).
Animation & Frames: Three (3) loops of
animation and five (5) frames maximum.
The banner sizes displayed above can be used or a skyscraper ad. The
skyscraper ad can either be a .gif file or a combination of images and text.
When choosing the images and text type of skyscraper, the text should be 75
characters more or less, image/logo no wider than 123 pixels, height about
the same.
Creative Rotation: No more than 3 creatives per ad placement at any time.
