ProgramsWMO offers individualized coaching and training programs in triathlon, running, cycling, and swimming. We work with athletes of all ages and abilities. We can help you reach your goals by training smarter, not harder. You will get faster, and use your valuable training time more wisely. Custom designed traing programs start at only $120 per month and include intake, phone consultations, daily training / workout program, and a WMO guidebook for your selected sport. Ironman UK Events Ltd is proud to announce that bike
manufacturer Cannondale has signed a three year deal to be the ‘Official
Bike Sponsor’ of Ironman UK until 2007.
Ironman names official partner
Ironman North America has named it's official partner, TriBike Transport;
they will serve as the official bike transport sponsor for Ironman North
America athletes competing in full-distance Ironman events this year.
Earthquake and Tsunami effect all
The past weeks and the aftermath of the devastating
earthquake and tsunami in Asia has impacted all of us and changed our world
forever. Our first concern was to ensure the safety of our Triathlon family
in Thailand, India, Sri Lanka, Malaysia and Indonesia. One of the hardest
hit areas has a lot of history with ITU - Chennai, India which has hosted
Asian Championship events, an Olympic Solidarity Training Camp and many
Indian National Triathlons. Rami Ramachandran, President of the Indian
Triathlon Federation and former ITU Executive Board member, reported that
all of their family and members of their federation are safe. - From the
